Pitman-Idler Arm Support Kit

2500 & 3500 HD 4WD trucks suffer from excessive load on OEM steering components. Lifts, larger tires, drag racing, sled pulling, or off roading (4WD applications) may cause premature failure of the pitman and idler arm assemblies. Our support kit extends the life of OEM and aftermarket pitman/idler arms by providing additional strength. The support system works by double capturing the studs that protrude form the pitman and idler arms to which the center link connects. At the same time it still allows the studs to pivot on it’s own axis which is needed when the steering system is turning. Our support kit system provides the support needed to prevent the center link from rocking forward and backwards in the vehicle. Application: 2001-2010 4WD or 2WD Chevy / GMC HD 2500 / 3500 trucks.
